Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the bussy888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as a member and bussy888 as the platform operator.

Member Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use bussy888, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Provide your full name, mobile number, email and a valid identity card number (MyKad) that is accurate and belongs to you.
• Ensure that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction or area.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• Not hold any other active or suspended bussy888 account.

bussy888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

Responsible Account Usage

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place in their account. It is the member's responsibility to:

• Keep their password confidential and not share login details with anyone.
• Log out of their account after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Ensure that personal information in the account is kept up to date and accurate.
• Contact the support team immediately if unauthorised access is suspected.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bussy888 are subject to the following policy:

• The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking) and cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method chosen and system availability.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bussy888 account holder.
• Funds in a bussy888 account cannot be transferred to another member or account.
• bussy888 reserves the right to request additional evidence for transactions deemed to require further review.

Bonuses and Promotions

bussy888 offers various bonuses to registered members. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of 120% up to RM1,000 with a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value. Calculated examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → required wagering RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,800 → required wagering RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

General conditions for all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• bussy888 reserves the right to modify, cancel or end any promotion at any time with notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and the account may be suspended.

Member Conduct and Prohibitions

Members are prohibited from doing the following while using the bussy888 platform:

• Registering or using more than one account (multiple accounts).
• Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Providing false information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Collaborating with other members to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Threatening, harassing or being disrespectful towards customer support staff.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances in the account without compensation.

Account Suspension and Closure

bussy888 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, theft or illegal activity involving the account in question.
• Inability to verify a member's identity when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with bussy888's internal policy.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support via live chat or email. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable review conditions before the closure is finalised.

Privacy and Data Protection

bussy888 collects and processes members' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy that has been established. By registering, you agree for your personal data to be processed for the purposes of:

• Member account management and verification.
• Secure processing of financial transactions.
• Fraud prevention and compliance with legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Internet service interruptions or issues with third-party network service providers.

bussy888 operates under international licensing and works to ensure the platform runs smoothly and fairly. However, bussy888 makes no guarantees regarding the winnings or game outcomes of any member.

Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new version of the terms. Members who do not agree with the changes have the right to close their account by contacting our customer support.
